How do I add a note to an existing URL?

Go to the Edit URL page:

• Manage -> URLs from left sidebar and the edit icon for the URL you wish to add the note for (or click the edit icon at the top-right of a URL box in URL View). 

• Under "General" tab, add a note in the "URL's Note" field. Click Save.
